Why AI search matters now
More shoppers start with a question to an assistant instead of a keyword in Google. Those assistants summarise sources they can parse quickly.
If your catalog is hard to read, you are simply left out of the answer.
What llms.txt does
An llms.txt file is a plain, structured summary of your store: what you sell, your key collections and policies. It gives models a clean entry point.
A five-minute checklist
Publish llms.txt at your root, keep product titles descriptive, write real collection descriptions, and make shipping and returns pages easy to find.
